Taare Zameen Par

Taare Zameen Par is a rare movie. In this present world of bollywood with item songs, skin show who wants to show reality, I am glad to say there is one person Aamir Khan.
The story, the acting, the reactions everything is so close to life. In India children are supposed to live with books. Studying, getting marks, excelling everywhere is what is taught to you by the world around you. The system is so absurd that it fails to recognize a problem like dyslexia, that is how trained our teachers are and the level of attention they give to their students?
The story moved me as well. In this struggle I also started giving all importance to Marks/Grades, well there is more to life than that. Some people are good at it, some are not. You don’t have to be sad if you are not getting marks, maybe you want something else in life, maybe you will be a great painter
In the end, my review is that it is a Must Must Must Watch!
Some lines of the song I love from the movie …..
kyul gaya asmaan ka rasta dekho, khul gaya
mil gaya kho gaya tha jo sitaara, mil gaya, mil gaya
roshan huyi saari zameen, jagmag huwa saara jahaan
ho udane ko tu aazaad hai, bandhan koi abb hai kahaan
tu dhop hai, chham se bhikhar, tu hai nadi o bekhbar
beh chal kahin, udd chal kahin
dil khush jahaan, teri to manzil hai wahi
kyun is kadar hairaan tu, mausam ka hai mehmaan tu

I watched this film recently and thought it was absolutely beautiful…such a touch subject. This is the type of cinema that should be representing the Indian film industry, instead of the tacky and skin-show flicks that are made constantly.
